Deposit/Guarantee Policy

• Reservations may be confirmed via credit card OR prepayment via bank transfer.
• Reservations confirmed with a credit card will be charged the first night’s room and tax at the time of booking and the balance will be charged 30 – 45 days prior to arrival via the same credit card unless you instruct otherwise.
• If you would like to confirm your reservation by prepayment, a deposit of 50% must be made within 7 days, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
• For reservations made less than 60 days in advance, payment in full is due within 7 days either via credit card or prepayment.
• Prepayments may be made via bank deposit, wire transfer, OR via credit card using http://www.paypal.com.
• All rates quoted reflect discounts applied for prepaid reservations only … All credit card payments made via PayPal are NOT subject to a surcharge.
• Please check your desired dates using the BOOK NOW button for any applicable seasonal or last-minute specials that may be available.
• Payment Schedule for Holiday and Multiple Room (3+) Bookings:
  • 50% deposit due within 7 days of booking
  • 50% balance due 60 days prior to arrival
